I paid about £110 for these headphones and I can not find any fault at all regarding sound quality. But WHY, on such an expensive piece of kit, do they have a cheap, easily breakable plastic clip to attach the lead to your person? Needless to say, within a week I was left with a broken piece of plastic and a dangling lead. Even a cheapo set of Creative Labs headphones I bought previously had a metal clip. They were a damn sight more uncomfortable to wear and the sound wasn’t quite as good, but they are still intact! Anyway, that is a slight niggle with an otherwise wonderful piece of audio equipment. They are the most comfortable set of ‘phones I have ever worn. Solidly built (apart from the clip) and able to fit the largest of heads! Again, the sound quality from both the speakers and the microphone is second to none. If Amazon’s rating system would allow half-stars, these would have got 4.5.

Sennheiser PMX80SPORT ECO Rugged Stereo Neckband Headphones for Sports Review


Bought these for my wife who road runs / works out in gym regularly. She was always complaining that her old headphones were falling out of her ears whenever she exercised, so after reading numerous reviews of which headphones to buy her for her birthday, I plumped for these. She’s ecstatic with them.! She can now run freely without having to mess around trying to put headphones back into her ears. The tightness of the fit isn’t a concern, she reckons the sound is fantastic. All in all a great buy and far cheaper than anywhere else.
